Thinkific Use of Third-Party Platforms: Thinkific They are a platform selling my courses and hosting my courses We use Thinkific to host and deliver our online courses. This means that when you sign up for a course, your personal data (such as name, email address, and course activity) is processed through Thinkific’s secure platform. Thinkific acts as a data processor on our behalf, meaning they handle your data according to our instructions and in line with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). Thinkific is a Canadian company, and any international data transfers are safeguarded by appropriate legal mechanisms under UK data protection law. Thinkific provides: · Secure user account creation and login · Encrypted storage of your personal data · A learning management system (LMS) to deliver course content · Tracking of course progress and completion · Payment processing (if applicable), through integrated third-party providers We have a data processing agreement in place with Thinkific, and we only share the minimum personal data necessary to deliver our services to you.
